The 5-point WCI gap is real, just not large. Duel edges Jack on the formula, mostly through the reserves and payout components rather than the age or licence ones. Both are within the band where a deposit-tester can recommend either, but if you only deposit once and never look at the leaderboard again, the higher number is the safer default.
On the headline number, Duel caps the welcome at $1,000 against $100 at Jack. The bigger banner does not always survive contact with the rollover. Duel runs a 35 rollover, Jack runs 1. Multiply the cap by the rollover number if you want the wagering you actually have to put through to keep the money. Most people do that math after the deposit, which is the wrong order.
