Editorial policy

This policy covers how reviews are written, how claims are verified, how corrections are handled, and how we keep the commercial side of the site out of the editorial side. It is maintained by the editor and reviewed annually.

Who writes

Reviews and guides are written by named authors with experience in the sports betting and casino space. Author bios, contact methods, and previous publications are listed on each author's page. There are no ghostwritten or syndicated reviews on this site. Where a piece is co-written, both bylines appear on the page.

How claims get on the page

Every factual claim in a review is either directly observed in testing, cross-checked against the operator's own site at publication time, or sourced from a named third party. Withdrawal times, bonus amounts, promo codes, and licensing numbers are all verified the week the review goes live. Numeric claims that cannot be verified are either omitted or accompanied by a dated estimate range.

Fact-checking

Every review is read by a second editor before publication, who flags unverifiable claims, spots where the voice has crept into evidence-free territory, and anywhere a specific figure sounds too clean. The fact-checker's name appears in the byline strip under the author's name. If the fact-checker rejects a claim, it is removed or revised before the review publishes; there is no release valve that overrides the check.

Corrections

When a reader reports a factual error, we confirm it or reject it within two business days. Confirmed errors are corrected on the page within 48 hours, with a short correction note at the top retaining the original claim so the record is visible. We do not silently edit. A correction log is maintained on the contact page.

AI use

We use AI tools for translation, copy editing, and research triage. We do not publish AI-generated reviews. Every scoring claim and every terms-and-conditions reference is read, verified, and written by a human before it goes live. Where AI has assisted with a draft, a human editor has reviewed the output for factual errors and voice. The responsibility for every word on the site rests with a named human.

Conflict of interest

Authors disclose any personal holdings in a cryptocurrency that appears in a review. Authors cannot review a product where they have an ownership or advisory relationship with the operator, a family member with such a relationship, or any arrangement that would pay them for a specific outcome. Where a conflict is unavoidable, the piece is reassigned; where it is borderline, it is disclosed in the article.

What happens when we disagree with an operator

It happens. When an operator disputes a factual claim, we reopen the claim and the check. If we were wrong, we correct. If we were right, the claim stays and the operator's response is published alongside, unsummarised, on the review page. We do not remove reviews in exchange for commercial consideration.
